I run a monthly Diplomacy zine called Last Orders! (latest issue at https://sway.office.com/H9pl3EFscKqpkOt7?ref=Link). Games run with deadlines of 3-4 weeks, so are a leisurely way to play the great game. Currently looking for one more player to get a game started on 24th October. When a game reaches its full contingent of players, that GM will send out an email to all, and the game begins. Just join a game! It's pretty easy to pick up, and is just a game. As long as you join with the intent to play out to the end and have fun, then that's really all that matters. New players and experienced players add very interesting aspects to a game and mixing them is a blast too.
