At the time of the last deadline I had 3 missing orders. Two of them came filtering in, I still haven't received word from Italy, so in an effort of not holding up the game I'll adjudicate. Hopefully I'll get word from him soon and we can keep the game moving.

Headlines:
It seems that in Rachael's absence the rest of the board had plenty of time to plot against her. Plenty of shake-ups all around the board as the French and Russians take the biggest poundings.
