Its death be a million papercuts for England, as Germany and France combine to lay quite the whammy on the island nation.  Meanwhile, Austria cruises into Rome through the back door and Russia manages to hold onto Moscow.


We have three retreats as a result of the war-making...  The French fleet in Brest, the Austrian fleet in Smyrna and the English army in St. Petes all need to find new homes.  Deadline for Early Winter 1903 will be set for Monday, May 25th (11:59 PM GMT).
