Turkish F Aegean Sea can retreat to Constantinople or OTB.

German F North Sea can retreat to Yorkshire or Norway or Denmark
or Helgoland Bight or Holland or OTB.

Russian A Warsaw can retreat to Prussia or Livonia or Galicia or OTB.

I do not have moves from all players. Individual retreats following.
