Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Guys,

I failed to update the supply ownership count. As always, if in doubt, the map's correct. I'll update the SC count together with the spring adjucation.
