Hi guys,

thought I might help out with that order map Dirk
has had difficulties with. You'll find it attached further below. And while at
it, I also added the results map since I much prefer my own custom-made unit
icons over RP's standard (and for a game set in the 1930s rather anachronistic)
icons.

Kudos to Dirk for his flavourful commentary! I have
to however take exception at the Berlin Summer Olympics not being a success!
Okay, making basketball an Olympic sport may have been misguided, but a whopping
49 nations participated, whereas at the 1932 Los Angeles Olympics a
mere 37 countries took part.

Care to know how many medals your country won?
Here's a rundown:

Germany
    89
Italy
22
France
19
Britain
        14
Poland                 6
Turkey
         2

The USSR only participated at their first Olympics
in 1952 (too busy with purges?). The USA won 56 medals, Jesse Owens being the
darling of the Berlin crowds.

Next Olympics scheduled for Tokyo in 1940! Lets
hope we all then forget our various disputes and peacefully celebrate for a
couple of weeks!

Cheers,

Charles

Diplomacy games may contain lying, stabbing, or deliberately deceiving communications that may not be suitable for and may pose a hazard to young children, gullible adults, and small farm animals.
