All,

As I mentioned in one of our earlier communications, I don't like the idea of processing NMRs in the first year--it can destabilize the game too much. I still haven't heard from our Austrian player so I will have to list him as Abandoned and find a substitute before adjudicating the Fall 1901 turn.

Sorry for the delay, if you know of any available players please urge them to join DC and sign up for the game--this early on it's by no means a bad position to be in!
