Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

I am also keen to GM a game of 1900. I am afk pretty continually until April though - but once April comes around, I plan to be GMing 1900 here, or on Redscape.
