Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Thanks to all those who expressed interest in the game.
It is a unique variant with defensive lines difficult to form thanks to Island hopping. Most Adjudicators have difficult time with this game, Engineer Adjudicator has no problem with handling the Hopping Armies.
