Openness: As a sculptor views an uncarved slab of marble with an open-mind, so does a new player view a game of Diplomacy. The history of the game unwritten, the paths it will take and the shape of the results lie in the future, to be known only after the contest is completed.

I just wanted to let everyone know that there will be a little further delay in my getting this years results to everyone. Unexpectedly, I had to go out of town yesterday, and will be returning home tomorrow evening. At which point I will send out the results.

Sorry for the delay.
