I am offering a formal apology to you and your people. I have definitely overstepped. My aggressions were originally to distract you, to allow Turkey (the other replacement player) a chance to regain his footing. He is now gone and I have lost interest in tangling with the proud Italian people. My orders for my fleet in Rome are simple. Come on home. F Rome - Tyrrhenian Sea will be the first step. Obviously you can block that. I am hoping for a gesture of good faith in return for my offering no further aggression against the Italian people for at least two years. Additionally if allowed to leave Rome, the fleet will continue on to the Western Mediterranean to convoy the army home as well.
