Heya folks,

With the full realization that this adjudication is already 24 hours late - I apologize but we will extend another 24 hours due to a humbling GM error. Somehow RP quirked on me during the last round and shorted England of a build. Currently on the map, England has 15 units and 17 centers - therefore earning TWO builds.

I apologize for the error and any confusion. I will adjudicate with Jorge's additional build as soon as I receive it.
