Heya guys,

Just figured I'd send out a quick adjudication here for the Winter... Poland builds a fleet in Strusland and we continue on with the battle. The proposed 3-way draw meets defeat. Spring 1908 deadline will be set for Monday, October 13th (11:59 PM GMT).
