Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Heya heya,

For everyone's sanity, the Epic of Groo and the secret messages will only pop out during the major seasons. Meanwhile, congratulations to Captain Penner for once again deciphering that "The Secret Message Is Belch". Raises the No-Prize score to Pirates:2, Everyone Else: 0...

Meanwhile on the board, the Archers fall back to Prydain and the Nomads slip off OTB. We'll set the Winter 01 builds deadline for Monday, December 22nd (11:59 PM GMT).

Will send the map out as soon as possible... I'm caught away from my regular laptop at the moment...
