So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Heya folks,

Since I just totally screwed up and sent an email thread to a group of people that included one of our players orders, I have to announce that

A) Orders are now closed for the Fall turn and no new orders will be accepted
B) I'm a horrible GM and need a kick in the ass.
