Okay, new maps are attached. Have fun, check my work. Oh, and I believe the DC house rules (which I mostly follow) state that 06 is the first year when you may propose draws or other game end scenarios for voting to occur. Not that I want the game to end.... I'm enjoying it a lot. But just so you know.
