D'oh! Sorry, folks. Jason's right. Seems my brain shuts down even further after midnight. It's that Cinderella complex, I suppose. Clock strikes twelve, and my head turns back into a pumpkin.

Um, don't you mean "that Switzerland is made passable"?

Folks,
It's been brought to my attention that the map I mailed out (saved from RealPolitik) doesn't mesh with the map on the DipWiki. The RP map is the same as Standard, with the exception that Switzerland is made impassable. Additionally, quite a few of the names don't match between the two maps. Therefore, I'm making the call to use the Standard map. This will help to standardize the way communications are conducted, and ensure that everybody is on the same page. I mail out maps with every turn, and everyone will know what names to use when negotiating and sending in orders.
I also realize that abbreviations are sometimes obscured by units, and have attached a blank (reference) map to compensate. Yahoo seems to hate me right now, so let me know if there are any problems with the file.

Sorry for the confusion,
The White Wolf

Diplomacy games may contain lying, stabbing, or deliberately deceiving communications that may not be suitable for and may pose a hazard to young children, gullible adults, and small farm animals.
