All,
I never got disbands from Benjy so I reluctantly decided it was time to move us along and perform auto-disbands. Those were done in accordance with House Rules and were done in the following priority:

Units not in any supply center versus those in an SC
Units furthest from a home center
Fleets before Armies
Alphabetical

That yielded the following disbands for Russia: F BAL, F Arm, and A Lvn

Germany built A Mun (he only had one SC open for two builds
Turkey built A Smy

We move to Spring 1907. NEW DEADLINE - Tuesday the 22nd at 4p CST.
