Time to start kissing those girls in the streets! Through unanimous agreement, the Tsar wins a solo 17 center victory! A hearty congratulations to Brian for his impressive win. Hats off to our two survivors as well - Michael in Italy and Kevin in France.

My thanks to all players who two-stepped their way through this little war of ours. Alas, with Russian rule - so ends the anarchy. You've all been great to have as players along the way. EOG statements from all of you are welcome and highly encouraged. =)
