Spain's fleet Chili to Chilean Basin worked - but a typo in the RP file
prevented it. The map, DPY, and .map file have been corrected.

The edited map file is at:
http://mainecav.org/diplomacy/Imperial1840/imperial1840.map (it's not in
the .zip file yet!)

Dipcorps displays the corrected map and moves.

Thanks for pointing out the error.
