We have the retreat confirmed as it stands. So we move on to the Winter adjustments.

Austria: 2 sc's - 3 units = 1 disband
England: 7 sc's - 6 units = 1 build
France: 5 sc's - 5 units = even
Germany: 1 sc - 3 units = 2 disbands
Italy: 5 sc's - 4 units = 1 build
Russia: 9 sc's - 8 units = 1 build
Turkey: 5 sc's - 5 units = even

Deadline: Wednesday, noon CDT.

The map stays the same, so continue using the one you have.
