Openness: As a sculptor views an uncarved slab of marble with an open-mind, so does a new player view a game of Diplomacy. The history of the game unwritten, the paths it will take and the shape of the results lie in the future, to be known only after the contest is completed.

Dc113 deadline has now passed.

Howevre due to me being out of operation for the last few days, I will give Sam 24 hours (give or take a couple of hours) from now to see if he wants to submit a build.

I am only waiting on Russia's build.
