Not a great start to this EXPRESS game, but i am in a busy yet forgiving mood.

I do not have a confirmation or a disband from :-

France

France has 24 hours to submit a disband or suffer a NBR.

This will result in an automatic disband for france, as chosen by the realpolitik programme.
