Dc137 Summer 1907

English Fleet MAO retreats to BRE.

There has also been a DRAW proposal.
Countries including in the draw are England, Germany, Italy and Austria.
Countries not included are France.

This will require 5 yes votes to pass.
if you submit any move and no vote, then this Failure to vote will be seen as a No.
However NMR will result a a YES vote.

Votes and moves for Fall 1907 are due Friday 4th January, 9pm Australian EST.
