Ukr -> ALL: Sorry for the lack of press. Been really busy lately.

Ukr -> Pol: HELP! The Isreali has decided that he wants full control
of Turkey. I'm resorting my units, but could use some help swinging
around his backside. He controlled TUR, but I don't know if he built
there or if his units are sitting in KAZ now. I'm taking a peek into
Vol. Can I get some support from KAR? (I'd ask for KAR -> SIB and
give me a report, but I don't want to pull you out of your defensive
position).
