Adjudication:
So first deadline is Thursday September 11/ 2014 at 1800.

Players will use Anticipated retreats and builds!
Auto Retreats and Removals will be done using my
adjudicator program.

Deadlines will be every Thursday (spring/summer)
& Sunday (fall/winter) at 1800MT Calgary time.

A Winter deadline may be stretched to Tuesday when
builds/removals are too complicated or a Player does not
send in Winter Orders.

Of note Davao and its borders on the map have been altered
in an effort to prevent Japan from running away with game
again. If you have Japan do not be discouraged it is still
a very strong position.

My adjudicator will output auto retreats, according to an
areas type and value by number of areas adjacent to possible
retreat area. No Move Received will result in a substitute
call, if there is a second NMR then a substitute's orders
will be used, and that player takes over the position.
If no substitute comes forward the units will be in Civil
Disorder, the game will not be put on hold to deal with an NMR.

Other than as mentioned above the standard house rules will
apply unless they conflict with common sense or the game's
rules.

For the first year I will look over moves as they come in
and point out to player moves which will not work do to bad
'hop' or syntax error, after that you are on your own.
My adjudicator does have a spell checker so if I can figure
out what you ordered it will go even if syntax is not
perfect or you have wrong unit type.

Diplomacy games may contain lying, stabbing, or deliberately deceiving communications that may not be suitable for and may pose a hazard to young children, gullible adults, and small farm animals.
