The other corner positions did well each getting 2 Builds. Zealand has been outflanked by France and can not build a hopable Army. United States has been outflanked by Marshall_Islands but not by hopable unit. Japan is in same situation but with less resourses to deal 
with trouble.
    In The Middle: Indonesia is the leader with 3 builds and has escaped being outflanked by Japan. Its always tough going for Marshall_Islands but he/she has the advantage of being able to build and use lots of hopable units.    Press: -- USA=>Marshall: You can have wak, but I want pho! [looks like a deal to me] --    Answer to Indonesia: I am interested in an alliance with you. Perch is definitely in my Zone of interest, but I if we Can reach an agreement, I Would be willing to lent it to you. Australia
