Captain of the Watch

Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

The 3-way draw passed... the game is over! Congratulations to France, Russia and Turkey on the draw. This game will register as being complete on the Winter 1910 turn. Spring 1911 will not be run or published.
