Quite a lot going on this spring, Rumania falls to Russia without a fight as Austria opts to kick Turkey out of Bulgaria.
English hospitality to the French allows Germany to complete her conquest of the Lowlands.
And Italy bounces back almost to her winter quarters.
There are two retreats but both can only go to one place, so I have ordered:
England: A Belgium - Picardy & Turkey: A Bulgaria - Constantinople
If either of you would prefer to OTB, let me know ASAP.
Otherwise we will continue with Fall 1902 due Friday, March 14th (at) 9PM

Diplomacy games may contain lying, stabbing, or deliberately deceiving communications that may not be suitable for and may pose a hazard to young children, gullible adults, and small farm animals.
