Two NMRs this round unfortunately, as England and the Ottomans fail to submit disbands. To keep the game moving, I auto-disbanded following these two principles:
- units furthest away from home centers first
- armies before fleets
- alphabetical after that


The results were disbands in Helgoland Bight and Bulgaria. Other adjustments are listed below. With that, we move forward into Spring 1603, with orders due Friday, May 23rd (11:59 PM GMT).
