Hey folks,

Some interesting center-swapping takes place in the north and a rainbow-coloured convoy carries the Austrian forces proudly into Marseilles. Meanwhile diplomatic efforts fail as the DIAS proposal is voted down once again.

No retreats are required after the battlefields settle. Winter adjustments consist of a lone Austrian build. Deadline for Winter 10 will be set for Saturday, Jan 24th (11:59 PM GMT).
