Italy raises an army in Venice, while Germany puts one each in Kiel and
Berlin.

My apologies for not getting this out last night - something was thrust
on to my plate that I was up very late completing. The unfortunate
result is that in in order to be reasonable I have to push back the
deadline for Spring 11, which will be due this coming Monday, March 30,
at 9 pm eastern. BUT remember that if I get orders marked final from all
three of you I will adjudicate on the spot, so mark them final if you're
set!
