Dc132 Fall 1908 is due Thursday 27th, 9pm Australian EST.

I have NO moves from :-

anyone (is this a short deadline?, if anyone needs more time let me know)

Since i dont have any moves at the moment, I have received a DRAW proposal.

This is an English-France-Turkey Draw proposed to come in affect AFTER winter adjudications.

This would mean should it pass
England, France, Turkey would recieve a DRAW.
Austria would receive a survivial
Russia (if on one SC would receive a survivial) or be eliminated if Berlin falls.

All players should vote YES or NO with their Fall moves.
