It's been a bit longer than usual so no excuse not to get your orders in!

Have orders from: Russia, Germany, England, Italy

Need orders from: Turkey, Austria

Note that I have not included France; this is because our President,
Alvin, has said that he needs to withdraw from the game. I think it
would be difficult to find a replacement for this position so I am
placing France in civil disorder (CD), meaning all his units will hold
and disband if dislodged. If anyone has a serious objection to this
ruling and very much would rather I attempt to seek a replacement let me
know ASAP.
