An error was found in the babylon5.map file that didn't allow movement
from Quadrant 72 to Drakh. The .map file has been corrected and is
available at: http://mainecav.org/diplomacy/babylon5

The rw-babylon5.zip file has also been updated:
http://mainecav.org/diplomacy/rw-babylon5.zip

The Fall 2268 turn was re-adjudicated, and the Winter 2268 adjustments
will follow.
