With or without my builds you are not in a position to deliver a decisive blow against me. Our fleets are evenly matched, your and my units are pinned down. The stalemate is going to be long and unprofitable and should you succeed, indeed you may well, it will be something of a pyrrhic victory as the time it will take for you to make gains will be poor compared to other nations. I think this makes sense.
