So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

I've lost touch with Turkey in DC447. Not entirely sure what happened, but unless I hear from him soon there will be an opening. Turkey is at 4 centers in 1902, and it's an interesting position—certainly a challenge if a well-seasoned player would like to rise to the occasion.
