.ExternalClass DIV {;} The proposal to concede a solo victory for Turkey has been brought to me for DC101. As it is the right of all players in Diplomacy to make these kinds of proposals, and for everyone to have their vote... I turn the hand to all of you.

Here's what's on the ballet.

Solo victory for Turkey; Mike Sims.
Survival for all other remaining countries/players.

For this proposal to pass I would need a unanimous vote from everyone still in DC101. Please have your votes in by the current deadline, Tuesday, February 12th by 9pm pacific time. Failure to submit a vote in this matter will be counted as a "no" vote.
