but you just may want to share them with me.

And remember: if you haven't received a confirmation from me, assume I have not received your orders.
Your messenger likely was intercepted on his way to me - or worse, has sided with one of the other Powers.
Or, more likely, is suffering from a serious hangover from the pubs he visited on his way to me
and is still trying to figure out how he got there and where he's supposed to go.
